We're recruiting trustees (and yes, snacks are involved)
We're growing our board and want to hear from people who could help us reach further and grow stronger.
Firebird is a learning disabled-led theatre company, and our members lead our art, our company and our future. As a trustee, you'd bring your skills, time and voice to support that leadership. This might include experience in finance, fundraising, marketing, health and social care, digital technology, or experience of learning disability, either your own or as a supporter.
We're especially keen to hear from someone interested in the treasurer role, but we welcome applications for general trustee positions too. You don't need to tick every box. We care more about the right values and a genuine commitment to Firebird than a long list of credentials.
The board meets four times a year in Bristol (with an online option), for around 1.5 hours each time.
How to apply
Send an email, a short video, or a voice recording (no more than two sides of A4 or three minutes), or get in touch to arrange a chat.
Deadline: Sunday 13 September, 5pm
